- Serenity GI had a Fallen Cedar ham and haven't stopped thinking about it since. This is seriously the best meat; tender, juicy, & flavorful! I don't typically rave about pork but it's legitimately a cut above the rest.

Locally grown, Quality pork
Fallen Cedar started small, May 5, 2015. Five pigs, some fence, a hut and a lot of hard work and sweat. We began selling butcher hogs in 2016 and were able to expand and purchase another boar for breeding. Fallen Cedar is still a small production with just a little over 100 head at any given time and that is just perfect. We offer butcher hogs, feeder pigs, boars, gilts, sows and roasting hogs. Fallen Cedar uses no antibiotics or hormones and raises hogs on the soil. We practice biosecurity and stand firm on enforcing it.
John’s vision of cross breeding Large Black and Red Wattle has produced the juiciest, most flavorful pork we have ever eaten. The pork steaks, chops, roasts, ham and the BACON are amazing. Fallen Cedar pork is nothing like what you find in the grocery store and we are proud of it.
Fallen Cedar became Fallen Cedar LLC in 2018 and is looking forward to providing Missouri the finest pork we can grow. We have a fine core of repeat customers and look forward to adding more in the future.
